At Oxira Ethnics, we take utmost care to ensure that every product is checked for quality before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to help you with a replacement or refund as per the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Returns are not accepted for:
❌ Change of mind or dislike of product.
❌ Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
2. Return Request Process

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is defective or incorrect.

Clear pictures of the product showing the defect or wrong item received

3. Conditions for Approval

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.
4. Refund or Replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

Replace the product with the correct item (if available), or

Refund the amount to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after approval.
5. Shipping Charges

If the error is from our side (defective/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
